摘    要:目的 :研究陈皮挥发油和橙皮苷提取的最佳工艺条件。方法 :以挥发油增量为指标 ,以及提取的产物和橙皮苷含量来考察加水量、蒸馏时间及 Ca(OH) 2 加量等因素对提取效果的影响。结果 :最佳提取条件为 :药材加 12倍水进行水蒸汽蒸馏 ,收集 6倍体积的蒸馏液 ,药渣加 (9+7)倍水和药材投料量 12 %的 Ca(OH) 2 ,回流 (0 .5 +0 .5 ) h。结论 :该最佳工艺是稳定可行的。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine the optimal extracting process of volatile oil and hesperdin from Pericarpium citri reticulatae. METHODS:Using the increament of the volatile oil with the extract yield and hesperdin content as a target, in factors of distillatory time,adding water amount and Ca(OH) 2 etc. are investigated.RESULTS:The optimal process is as follows: adding 12 times amount of water,collecting 6times amount of distillate, then adding 16 times amount of water and 12% times amountof Ca(OH) 2 in the residue continued reflux for 1h.CONCLUSION: This extracting process is workable and reliable,and provides basis for industrial production.
