5市男男性接触者状况及影响其高危行为的因素

目的 分析5市男男性接触者状况并探讨影响其高危行为的因素。方法 采用定性调查的方法，对目标人群采用焦点组讨论、个体访谈和观察的方法进行调查。调查结束后，按照熟悉并理解原始材料、按调查提纲将资料进行分类、总结并综合结果、撰写报告的顺序整理与分析资料。结果 男男性接触者最具显明特征的高危行为是多性伴和无保护的插入性性行为，影响这2方面的因索有：社会因素，如歧视、法律、道德、社会宣教不足；经济因素，如因为经济困难卖淫、无套可用，因为客人加钱而有套不用；文化因素，如受传统文化的影响，为生子与异性结婚，以及“圈内”文化的影响；心理因素：如害怕感情受伤，害怕警方检查安全套，不喜欢用套。结论 必须高度重视对男男性接触者的工作，并加以规划，长期努力，全社会参与，综合干预，减少与男男性接触有关的艾滋病流行。

Investigation on man to man with sexual contact in five cities and factors influencing high risk behaviors

Objective Analyze the situation of the Men who have Sex with Men(MSM) in the five cities be researched, and explore the influence factors of their high-risk behaviors. Methods Did the research mainly with Qualitative study measure, include Focus group discussion, Individual interview and Observation. After the research, treated and analyzed the data under the sequence of be familiar with and understand the data, classify the data under the research list, summarize and integrate the outcome, and write the report. Results The MSM have two obvious characteristic, they are multi-sex partner and unprotected sex intercourse, their influence factors include society factors, such as stigma and discrimination, law, moral, and the shortage of the health education; the economic factors, such as prostitute oneself because of poor, without condom, or agree with the patients to have a unprotected sex intercourse because the patients gave him any more money; the culture factors, such as because of the traditional culture, many MSMs get married with women and have a baby, and some other special culture of MSM; the psycho-logy factors, such as be afraid of heart hurt, be afraid of the policeman to check-up the condom, and dislike to use the condom. Conclusions Much importance must be attached to the preventive work related to MSM, and design carefully, make great efforts in a long period, mobilize all the society to join it, intervention with synthesis measure, to prevent a new great prevalence of HIV/AIDS caused by MSM.
