杭白菊HPLC指纹图谱的评价

摘    要: 目的建立杭白菊药材的高效液相指纹图谱(HPLC-FP),为杭白菊的鉴别及品质控制提供依据。方法采用RP-HPLC 对不同种植基地、不同时间采摘、不同等级及不同贮存时间的杭白菊与国内其他品种菊花的主要有效成分黄酮类成分进行指纹图谱研究。结果HPLC指纹图谱中杭白菊主要黄酮类成分均得到很好分离,根据聚类分析和相似度分析处理结果,23个不同种植基地、不同采摘时间及不同贮存时间的杭小白菊被正确地区分出来,相似度均在0.95~1.00之间,而其他菊花的相似度均小于或等于0.90。结论HPLC-FP可以作为杭白菊质量评价和药材鉴别的依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To develop a fingerprint of Flos Chrysanthemi.METHODS RP-HPLC was used to analyze the flavonoids, the main composition of Flos Chrysanthemi. Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used as analysis column. The mobile phase was acetonitrile/pH2.0 phosphate buffer solution with gradient elution.Flos Chrysanthemi of different sources, grades, processes and store time were analyzed by the described methods.RESULTS By cluster analysis and similarity calculation, twenty-three batches ol Fols Chrysanthemi were differentiated, and their similarity were 0.95~1.00.The similarity of the other thirteen species were less than 0.90.CONCLUSION HPLC fingerprint of Flos Chrvsanthemi will be an identification method for Flos Chrysanthemi.
