肝病治疗仪配合肝复康汤治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的研究

目的：评价肝病治疗仪配合肝复康汤对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的疗效。方法：80例符合非酒精性脂肪性肝炎诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,即肝复康组和治疗组,治疗组则口服肝复康汤,肝复康汤由十余味中药配制而成,联合组则用肝复康汤联合肝病治疗仪治疗,连用3个疗程,在治疗前后分别观察症状和体征的变化,检查血糖、血脂和肝功能,计算肝脏的B超检查积分。结果：经3个疗程治疗后,两组病人血糖、血脂、肝功能和B超积分均有不同程度的改善,但治疗组明显优于肝复康组,两组的总有效率分别为70.0%和90.0%,P〈0.05。结论：肝复康汤疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎不但能降低血糖、血脂,减轻脂肪肝,而且明显改善肝功能;若配合肝病治疗仪治疗则疗效更佳。

Clinical Study of Gan Fu Kang Decoction Combined with HD Liver Disease Therapy Instrument for Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis(NASH)

Objective：This study was designed to assess the therapeutic effect of Gan Fu Kang Decoction Combined with HD Liver Disease Therapy Instrument on non-alcoholic steatohepatitis（NASH）.Methods：80 NASH patients were randomly divided into two groups.Gan Fu Kan group treated with Gan Fu Kang Decoction,a mixture composed of more than ten Chinese traditional medicine and metformin,for 3 consecutive courses during three-month period,the combined group treated with Gan Fu Kang Decoction Combined with HD Liver Disease Therapy Instrument;each for three months.Before and the end of treatment,the data of clinical symptom and physical sign,blood glucose,blood lipids,B mode ultrasonographic image score of liver and liver function tests were serially measured.Results：After three-month treatments,both Gan Fu Kan group and combined group showed desirable effects in blood glucose,blood lipids,liver function and hepatic B mode ultrasonographic score,but the second group revealed superiority over the first group,the total effective rate was 90.0% and 70.0% in combined group and in Gan Fu Kan group respectively,P 0.05.Conclusions：Gan Fu Kang Decoction is a effective drug which is able to reduce blood glucose、blood lipids,relieve fatty liver and improve liver function in treating non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,and the effectiveness would further increase when it combined with HD Liver Disease Therapy Instrument.
