顺铂和香菇多糖胸腔内注射治疗老年肺癌伴胸腔积液

目的观察胸腔内置管注入顺铂和香菇多糖治疗老年肺癌伴胸腔积液的疗效。方法肺癌性胸腔积液老年(70-87岁)患者120例,随机均分为顺铂组(A组)、香菇多糖组(B组)和顺铂+香菇多糖组(C组)。经皮胸腔内置管引流尽胸液后,向胸腔内注药,观察治疗效果。结果总有效率:A组55.0%,B组52.5%,C组77.5%;C组总有效率高于A组和B组(P<0.05)。结论顺铂联合香菇多糖胸腔内注射治疗老年肺癌性胸腔积液疗效好,不良反应少。

Treating senile patients with lung cancer-induced pleural effusion with intrathoracic injection of cisplatin and lentinan

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating senile patients with lung cancer-induced pleural effusion using intrathoracic injection of cisplatin and lentinan.Methods A total of 120 senile patients with malignant pleural effusion caused by lung cancer was equally randomized into three groups of A(treated with cisplatin),B(treated with lentinan) and C(treated with both cisplatin and lentinan).Intrathoracic administration was performed soon after drainage of pleural effusion.The curative effec was evaluated.Results The total effectiveness rate in group C was 77.5%,which was significantly higher than 55.0% in group A and 52.5% in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared to cisplatin or lentinan alone,combined intrathoracic administration of cisplatin and lentinan has better efficacy in the treatment of senile patients with lung cancer-induced pleural effusion with little adverse reactions.
