摘 要: | 目的探讨用三氧化物聚合体(MTA)和Super-Bond C&B树脂修补纵裂后磨牙裂缝的临床效果。方法 108颗纵裂牙随机均分为三组,分别用MTA充填(A组)、Super-Bond C&B树脂水门汀(B组)或直接用磷酸锌充填(C组)修补裂缝。结果治疗后1-3个月,三组的成功率均达到100%。治疗后24个月时,A组和B组的成功率均为100%;但C组的成功率分别为上颌第一后磨牙58.3%、下颌第一后磨牙50.0%、上颌第二后磨牙28.6%、下颌第二后磨牙28.6%。A组和B组的成功率高于C组(P<0.05)。结论后磨牙纵裂用MTA和Super-Bond C&B树脂修补纵裂疗效明显优于用磷酸锌直接充填。

Abstract: | Objective To investigate the outcomes of repairing vertical fractured molars′ fissure with mineral trioxide aggregate(MTA) and Super-Bond C&B resin cement.Methods A total of 108 extracted vertical fractured molars was equally randomized into 3 groups of A(the fissures were filled with MTA),B(the fissures were filled with Super-Bond C&B) and C(the fissures were filled with zinc phosphate).Results The success rate was 100% in 1 to 3 months after reparing in three groups.In 24 months after reparing,the success rate remained to be 100% in groups of A and B,but which was much lower in group C(58.3% for maxillary first molars mandibular column,50.0% for first molars maxillary column,28.6% for second molars mandibular column,28.6% for second molars column)(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of filling the fissures of vertical fractured molars with MTA and Super-Bond C&B resin cement is better than zinc phosphate. |
