从患者参与医疗活动的好处、障碍以及医疗机构自身存在的问题等三个方面介绍了患者参与医疗活动情况，阐述了患者参与医疗活动中患者的权益及应该承担的责任，介绍了台湾敏盛综合医院患者参与医疗活动的经验。

Experience sharing of International Joint Commission: patient participation

In perspective of the advantages, difficulties and problems in medical institutes, status of patient participate in medical service were introduced. Patient rights and duties in participating medical service were discussed. Experiences of patient participation in Taiwan Min Sheng General Hospital were introduced.
