中学生超重肥胖与不良饮食生活习惯调查分析

摘    要:目的了解中学生超重、肥胖的发生率,及其与不良饮食生活习惯的关系,为进一步干预提供依据。方法测量身高、体质量筛查超重、肥胖学生,同时发放饮食生活习惯调查问卷,以体质量正常的学生作为对照。结果超重、肥胖在上海市长宁区中学生中有较高的发生率,分别为18.2%和12.6%,相对于体质量正常的学生,超重、肥胖学生偏爱饮料、油炸食品和夜宵,课外、课间运动少,喜欢使用电子产品。结论不良饮食、生活习惯是引起中学生超重肥胖的重要因素,应对其进行干预。

Abstract:Objective To study the incidence of obesity and overweight in middle school students and analyze its association with unhygienic dietary and living habits, and provide basis for further intervention. Methods Height and body weight were measured to screen obese and overweight students, meanwhile, questionnaires for dietary and living habits were distributed for study. Results The incidence rates for overweight and obesity ( 18.2% and 12.6% ) were high among middle school students in Changning District, Shanghai. The overweight or obese students preferred to take beverage, fried food and night food, and they had less sport activities in playtime and after class, however, they had preference for electronic products. Conclusion Unhygienic dietary and living habits are very important factors for causing overweight and obesity, and it is an urgent task to carry out intervention for them.
