神经外科病人异丙酚血药浓度的检测与药代动力学

为探讨异丙酚血药质量浓度 (以下简称血药浓度 )的检测方法及诱导剂量的异丙酚的药代动力学的变化 ,对 2 2例ASA分级 1级的神经外科择期手术病人 ,在静脉注入异丙酚 ( 2mg/kg ,注药时间 30s)后 1、2、3、4、5、1 0、1 5、2 0min抽静脉血 ,采用高效液相色谱测定异丙酚血药浓度。结果 :从异丙酚和麝香草酚水溶液色谱图、空白血色谱图和病人血样色谱图上可以看出 ,其中杂质峰、麝香草酚峰和异丙酚峰分离效果好 ,根据检测结果得到异丙酚血药浓度随时间变化的标准曲线 ,显示 :异丙酚的达峰时间很快 ,给药 1min血药浓度为 9.0 6mg/L ,之后 5min迅速降低 ,5～2 0min代谢则比较缓慢

Method of Monitoring the Blood Concentration of Propofol in Neurosurgery Patients and Propofol Pharmacokinetics

In order to investigate the method of monitoring the blood concentration of propofol and the propofol parmacokinetics, 22 neurosurgery patients were infused with propofol 2 mg/kg by induction.The infused time was 30 s.After 1,2,3,4,5,10,15,20 min of induction,the blood concentrations of propofol were monitored with high performance liquid chromatography.The time dose relationship shape was charted.The high performance liquid chromatography was a good method to monitor the blood concentration of propofol.It took very short time for propofol to get to peak concentration.After 1 min if induction,the blood concentration of propofol was 9.06 mg/L,and decreased rapidly.This result correlated with the fast induction and quick wake of patients.In this study the blood concentration of propofol was higher than in other study after 1 min of induction,perhaps this is related to infused speed and time.
