献血者相关肝炎指标检测与控制研究

检测了山东省四个不同地区２０２５名个体献血者相关肝炎的指标。２０２５名献血中男性８４５名，女性１１８０名，平均年龄３４．６ｙ（１９～４８ｙ）平均献血史为２．８ｙ（１～１２ｙ）。实验结果表明，血清ＡＬＴ异常２５例，阳性率为１．２％（２５／２０２５），抗－ＨＡＶ阳性率为７．９％（１６０／２０２５）ＨＢｓＡｇ的阳性率是０．３％（５／２０２５）ＨＢＶ全套检测有３０５／２０２５名献血者存在乙肝病毒感染指标阳

Detection of interrelated hepatitis virus target and study on its control

In this study, 2 025 donors from 4 areas in Shandong province were tested for hepatitis A,B, C, D, Eand G virus interrelated target using ELISA- The results showed that 25 people (1. 2% ) serum ALT were ab-normal ; the anti -HAV positive rate was 7. 9% (160/2 025) ; and in all these donors there were 305 people HBVtransfected target were positive, among them, the HBV- DNA positive rate was 10. 5% (212/2 025 ), and theHBsAg positive rate was only 0. 3% (5/2 025), and results showed that 125 of 1 690 donors whose serum werenegative for HBV whole target were positive for HBV-DNA. The anti - HCV positive rate was 7. 5% (152/2025 ), and the HCV-RNA positive rate was 6. 6% (133/2 025). The results also found out that the purely anti-HCV positive rate was apparent different to the positive rate of HBV/anti -HCV in anti -HCV lgh positivepeople (P<0. 05), but in another group, the difference wasn't apparent (P> 0. 05). In addition, the anti-HGV positive rate was 2. 0% (40/2 025).
