子宫输卵管造影联合宫腔镜下输卵管插管治疗输卵管近端梗阻分析

目的探讨治疗输卵管近端梗阻的有效方法。方法选择经子宫输卵管造影（HSG）诊断49例（68侧）输卵管近端梗阻,采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管疏通术进行治疗。结果49例输卵管近端梗阻,44侧疏通成功,通畅率64.7%（44/68）。随访49例,时间1～32个月,已足月妊娠分娩18例,难免流产1例,宫外孕2例,妊娠率36.7%（18/49）。结论应用HSG联合宫腔镜下输卵管插管疏通术治疗输卵管近端梗阻是一种有效方法,可鉴别输卵管近端真假性梗阻。

Hysterosalpingogram combined with hysteroscopy for proximal tubal obstruction

Objective To explore a more effective method to treat proximal tubal obstruction. Methods In a total of 49 cases,there were 68 oviduct lesions diagnosed by hysterosalpingogram(HSG)as proximal tubal obstructions. Intubations and recanalizations were performed by means hysteroscopy. Results Out of 44 oviduct lesions in 49 cases,64.7%(44/68)were recanalized,in follow-up of 1-32 months,there were 18 cases of successful pregnancies and labours. One inevitable abortions and 2 ectopic pregnancy,with the rate of pregnancy 36.7%(18/49). Conclusions It is an effective method to treat proximal tubal obstruction by using hysterosalpingogram combined with hysteroscopy. It can also be used to identify the true proximal tubal obstruction from the false one.
