医学院校授课质量评价存在的问题及对策

摘    要:教师授课质量评价是医学院校教学和管理的重要手段。医学院校应认真分析评价中存在的问题,结合自身发展实际,科学设计评价指标体系,组织多种形式的评价活动,对教师授课质量进行定量与定性相结合的综合评价,从而实现对教师授课质量进行客观、公正的评价,最终促进教师自身发展,提高课堂教学质量。

Abstract:The teachering quality evaluation is an effective way for teaching quality management of colleges and universities.Colleges and universities should seriously analyze the problems existing in the process of evaluation,scientifically design an evaluation system and organize various kinds of evaluation activities based on their self-development.By this way,teaching quality can be evaluated from the perspective of quality and quantity.As a result,an objective and fair evaluation towards teaching quality can be achieved,thus finally promote teachers′ self-development and enhance the teaching quality.
