| 摘 要： | 对１５ 例心脏穿透伤作回顾性分析。本组病例均行急诊手术修复心脏损伤，结果治愈１３ 例，死亡２ 例，病死率１３ ．３３ ％ 。认为重视伤口位置和方向，早期准确诊断，选择简单切口，紧急开胸手术是改善预后的关键。

| Abstract: | Clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment for fifteen cases of penetrating cardiac injuries were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent thoracotomy for repairing cardiac lesions. Thirteen patients were cured, two died, and the mortality was 13.33%. It suggested that paying attention to the site and direction of the wound, early accurate diagnosis, selecting a simple surgery incision and emergency room thoracotomy are the key points to improve the prognosis of penetrating cardiac injuries. |
