乳腺癌根治术后伤口包扎与非包扎的临床效果观察

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后伤口包扎与非包扎的临床效果。方法将乳腺癌术后的病人40例按年龄、体质量、手术方式随机分为两组,每组20例,伤口置双管引流不加压包扎的为非包扎组,采用传统的加压包扎双管引流的为包扎组,分别记录其临床效果,将有关数据用统计学的方法进行比较。结果两组在总引流量、拔管时间、疼痛时间和术后并发症上均有显著性差异,P<0.05。结论两种伤口处理方法各有其优缺点,但非包扎的双管引流法便于观察和了解病人伤口愈合及皮瓣生长情况,减轻病人因加压包扎带来的痛苦和及早发现伤口并发症。

Clinical observation of dressed and undressed wounds after mammary cancer resection

Objective To study the clinical effec t s of dressing and undressing wounds after mammary cancer resection.Methods40pati ents receiving mammary cancer resection were randomly divided into two equal gro ups:the experimental group and the control group.In the observational group,the patients received two-tube drainage but no pressed dressings and in the latter t hey received pressed dressings plus two-tube drainages.The clinical effects were recorded and the data were statistically compared.Res ults We found significant differences in terms of total drainage amount,time for tube withdrawal,duration of pains and postoperative complications(P<0.05).Conclus ion The two ways in tr eating the wounds both have advantages and disadvantages.However,sole drainage w ithout pressed dressings is convenient for observing and understanding the condi tions of healing and skin flap growth as well as relieving pains by pressed dres sings and finding complications as early as possible.
