| 摘 要： | 目的 评价手术联合早期放疗治疗瘢痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法 16 6例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分为观察组(85例)和对照组(81例) ,观察组患者先行手术,术后3d内行放射治疗,对照组患者则手术拆线后再行放射治疗,两组患者放疗剂量和方法相同,对两组的治疗效果进行比较分析。结果 观察组和对照组有效率分别为89% (76 /85 )和6 0 % (49/81) ,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P <0 . 0 1)。结论 手术联合早期放疗可提高瘢痕疙瘩治疗效果,同时不影响手术切口愈合。

Operation combined with early radiotherapy to treat keloid |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical curative eff ec t of operation combined with early radiotherapy in the treatment of keloid. Methods One hundred and sixty-six keloid patients were divided into observed group (85 patients) and control group (81 patients) randomly.The patie nts in observed group were treated with operation in advance,then radiotherapy w as given to them within 3 days.The patients in control group were given radiothe rapy after taking out stitches of operation.The dose and method of radiotherapy were identical in two groups;the curative effects were compared.Results Theeffectiverateoftheobserved groupandthecontrolgroupwas 89 % (76/85),60% (49/81) respectively.The curative effect of two groups had obviou sly difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Using operation co mbined with early radiotherapy in the treatment of keloid gives an improved cura tive effect, and does not affect the wound healing of operation. |
