摘    要:目的:研究复发及多源发大肠癌多药耐药基因的表达。方法:采用逆转录-多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术对83例大肠癌多药耐药(mdr-1)基因进行了检测。结果:原发大肠癌mdr-1基因表达率30.9%(12/42),复发大肠癌mdr-1基因表达率61.3%(19/31),两者有显著差异(P<0.05)。多源发大肠癌mdr-1基因阳性表达率60%(6/10)。mdr-1基因表达的阳性和阴性与耐药与否的总符合率达10+16/31(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌组织mdr-1基因的表达水平,这对正确判断病人耐药能力的高低,合理术后化疗,判断预后都具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the expression of multidrug resistance (mdr-1) gene in recurrent or polygenetic colorectal cancer.Methods:Mdr-1 gene was detected in 83 cases with colorectal cancer based on methods of PCR (polymerase chain reation).Results:The results showed that 30.9%(12/42) primary cases and 61.3%(19/31) recurrent cases had positive expression of mdr-1 gene( P <0.05),and 60%(6/10) cases with polygenetic colorectal cancer had positive expression.The coincidence between mdr-1 gene expression and drug resistance was 10 16/31( P <0.05).Conclusions:The expression of mdr-1 gene in colorectal cancer is of great value in assessing drug resistance, proper postoperative chemotherapy and prognosis.
