| 摘 要： | 随着我国建设创新型国家进程的深入，地方医药高等院校为适应科技发展有利形势，应以团队精神建设为抓手，以科技项目、科技平台为重要着力点，抓好科技创新团队建设。这既有利于学科带头人的培养、特色学科培育、科研方向整合和创新成果的产出，又对学校各项事业的发展起着至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | With China's emphasis on innovation in national development, local medical and pharmaceutical universities/colleges need to establish research teams for innovation, in which the formation of team spirit is essential. A good team is beneficial to the development of research leaders, the advancement of the discipline, and the outcome of researches, which all contribute to the development of the university. |
