| 摘 要： | 目的:观察生物制剂肺表面活性物质(PS)治疗新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征(NRDS)的疗效。方法:NRDS患儿56例分为两组,治疗组35例,应用curosurf(商品名:固尔苏)进行治疗,观察治疗前后患儿血气、肺氧合指标和呼吸机参数的变化,对照组21例未用curosurf。比较两组呼吸机使用时间、用氧时间及总平均住院时间。结果:治疗组用药后6、24小时氧合及肺功能指标较用药前明显改善(P0.01),呼吸机参数明显下降(P0.01);用药后24小时X线胸片积分明显改善。治疗组呼吸机使用时间、用氧时间、平均住院时间均较对照组短(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:curosurf能快速、安全、有效地改善严重NRDS患儿肺功能,降低呼吸机参数。
