| Abstract: | Angiographically occult vascular lesions (AVOMs) are vascular lesions not visualized on standard cerebral angiography. The possibility of managing these difficult lesions with radiosurgery is discussed. The radiosurgical treatments and results of AVOMs are described and the strategies for managing AOVMs and cavernous malformations are discussed. |
