急性心肌梗死患者血脂和hs-CRP 水平的动态变化及临床意义

目的：研究急性心肌梗死患者血脂和 hs-CRP 水平的动态变化及临床意义。方法选取2012年3月到2013年3月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者90例（研究组）和稳定型冠心病患者90例（对照组），测定两组患者的血脂及 hs-CRP 的水平并进行对比分析。结果研究组甘油三脂（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）显著低于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；研究组 hs-CRP 的水平显著高于对照组，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）；研究组 hs-CRP 和 TC、LDL 呈负相关。结论检测早期急性心肌梗死患者的血脂以及 hs-CRP 水平有助于判断疾病的变化情况。

Variation of blood lipids and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with acute myocardial infarction

Objective：To study the variation of blood lipids and high sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP）in pa-tients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）. Methods：Niety cases with AMI were selected from our hospital during the period from March 2012 to March 2013（observation group）,90 cases with stable coronary artery disease（control group）, lipids and hs-CRP of two group were tested,and comparative analysis was made. Results：The triglycerides（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）and low-density lipoprotein（LDL）of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）;The hs-CRP of observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P ﹤ 0. 05）;The concentration of hs-CRP was negatively related with serum levels of TC ,LDL in patients of the observation group. Conclusion：Testing of the blood lipids and hs-CRP in patients with AMI helps analyze changes in disease,and has important value in the diagno-sis and treatment of the disease.
