注射用丹参多酚酸盐对老年稳定性心绞痛的疗效分析

目的：旨在探讨注射用丹参多酚酸盐对于老年稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法164例老年稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为观察组与对照组，各82例，对照组应用复方丹参注射液治疗，观察组予以注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗，比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为93.9%，显著高于对照组的76.8%（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组的心绞痛发作次数及持续时间均显著降低，但观察组显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组均未见明显不良反应。结论注射用丹参多酚酸盐用于治疗老年稳定性心绞痛疗效显著，不良反应少，值得推广应用。

Efficacy analysis of salvianolate injection for the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina

Objective Investigate the clinical efficacy of salvianolate injection for the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina. Methods 164 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 82 cases in each. The control group received compound danshen injections treatment, and the observation group received salvianolate injection treatment.The clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.9%,significantly higher than the 76.8%in control group（P〈0.05）;after treatment ,the frequency and duration of angina in the two groups were significantly reduced than before, but the observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;groups showed no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion The salvianolate injection for the treatment of unstable angina has significant effect and less adverse reactions.It should be widely used.
