| 摘 要： | 1例26岁男性患者因上呼吸道感染、浑身疼痛、发热就诊，给予注射用盐酸丙帕他莫1.0 g静脉滴注，30 min后，患者出现胸闷、心慌、头晕、眼花、大汗，立即停止输液，给予地塞米松，同时吸氧，约70 min后患者症状消失。

| Abstract: | A 26-year-old male patient with upper respiratory tract infection , aches all over and fever was treated by an iv drip of 1 . 0 g of propacetamol hydrochloride for injection . About 30 minutes later , the patient felt chest tightness , palpitation , dizzy and dazzle and perspired . The infusion was stopped immediately and dexamethasone was given with oxygen inhalation . About 70 minutes later , his symptoms disappeared . |
