老年社区获得性肺炎150例临床分析

目的探讨复方清金化痰汤联合阿奇霉素在治疗老年社区获得性肺炎时的临床效果。方法将150例老年社区获得性肺炎患者，随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组各75例。二组患者均给予使用抗感染、止咳、祛痰等基础治疗，治疗组在此基础上联合复方清金化痰汤治疗。10d为1个疗程，治疗后观察比较二组患者治疗效果，比较二组患者退热时间，咳嗽、咳痰症状消失时间，肺部湿哆音消失时间及X线胸片片状阴影消散时间。结果治疗纽疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗组退热时间，咳嗽、咳痰症状消失时间，肺部哆音消失时间及X线胸片片状阴影消散时间均快于对照组，经比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论复方清金化痰汤联合阿奇霉素治疗老年社区获得性肺炎疗效确切，在症状改善方面有明显优势，能够加快患者恢复，值得临床推广应用。

A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 150 CASES OF SENILE COMMUNITY ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the Compound Qingjinhuatan Decoction combined with azithromycin in treating senile community acquired pneumonia. Methods Totally 150 patients with senile community acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 75 cases in each group. All patients in both groups received antiinfection, antitussive and expectorant managements as the basic treatments, in addition, patients in the treatment group received oral intake of Compound Qingjinhuatan Decoction, ten days as a course. To observed and compared the curative effect of two groups after one course, the fever, cough, sputum symptoms disappear time, lung moist rales disap- pear time, chest radiograph flake slack time were compared in two groups. Results Curative effeet of treatment group was superior to control group （P〈0.05）. The time of fever, cough, sputum symptoms disappear time, lung moist rales disappear time, chest radiograph flake slack time in treatment group were shorter than control group. The differences in two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The program of Compound Qing）inhuatan Decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of senile community acquired pneumonia shows obvious curative effects and displays an advantages in terms of symptoms improve and in speeding up the patients recover. It is worthy of clinical application.
