手术室护士工作压力与亚健康状况研究

目的：了解手术室护士工作压力现状及其亚健康状况,分析其影响因素。方法：采用问卷调查法,对北京市一所三级甲等综合医院的70名手术室护士进行调查。结果：手术室护士压力主要来自工作量及工作时间方面;76.9%手术室护士出现亚健康;手术室护士亚健康与工作压力相关;应对方式以积极应对为主。结论：手术室护士工作压力大,存在亚健康症状的人数较多。管理者应重视手术室护士身心健康的维护,促进手术室的护理工作质量。

Study on work stress and sub-health status of operating room nurses

Objective: To investigate the work stress and sub-health status of operating room nurses, and analyze its influence factors. Methods: 70 operating room nurses from a third-grade general hospital were investigated by questionnaire.
