银杏达莫联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的观察银杏达莫注射液联合福辛普利治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）患者的临床疗效及肾功能的保护作用。方法将90例DN患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均给予基础降糖治疗。治疗组给予福辛普利联合银杏达莫注射液,对照组仅给予福辛普利。2个疗程后观察治疗前后症状、体征变化,测定尿蛋白排泄率（UAER）。结果治疗组UAER降低,而且优于对照组（P〈0.01）;治疗组较对照组有效率明显增高。结论银杏达莫注射液联合福辛普利治疗可明显降低UAER,对肾功能改善优于单纯福辛普利方案。

Clinical observation of ginkgo leat extract and dipyridmoie lnjection and fosinopril in treatment of diabetic nephropathy

Objective To observe the clinic curative effect that ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamoie Injection and Fosinopril were used to treat diabetic nephropathy（DN） and the protection of renal function.Methods Ninety diabetic nephropathy patiens were randomized into two groups： the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were both used the foundation decline a sugar treatment.The treatment group was treated by ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamoie Injection united fosinopril and the control group was only treated by fosinopril.After two course of treatment to observe the change of the symptoms of the two groups and test urinous protein excretion（UAER）.Results The UAER of the treatment group cut down after the treatment and the clinic curative effect was better than the control group（P〈0.01）.The effective power of the treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusions Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamoie Injection united Fosinopril can obviously degrade the UAER of diabetic nephropathy patients and can improve their renal function better.
