| 摘 要： | 目的:检测基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况,并探讨其与食管癌临床病理特征的关系?方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测MMP-2蛋白在106例食管鳞癌和50例癌旁正常食管上皮组织中的表达情况?结果:MMP-2蛋白在食管鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率为80.2%,与正常食管上皮组织相比,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);MMP-2蛋白表达阳性率在食管鳞癌不同分化程度?浸润深度?淋巴结有无转移和不同临床分期中的差异具有统计学意义(P < 0.05)?结论:MMP-2蛋白在食管磷癌组织中呈高表达,对其检测在食管鳞癌浸润?转移的预后判断上有重要临床意义?

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of MMP-2 protein in esophageal squamous carcinoma and its clinicopathologic significance. Methods:Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of MMP-2 in 106 cases of squamous esophageal cancer tissues and 50 normal subjects. Results:The positive expression rate of MMP-2 in the squamous esophageal cancer tissues was 80.2% and there were significant difference comparing with normal subjects(P < 0.05). The positive rate of MMP-2 was significantly correlated with invasion,clinical stage,lymph node metastasis(P < 0.05). Conclusion:The expression of MMP-2 in esophageal squamous carcinoma tissues was high,which suggested that it could be of important clinical value to evaluate invasion,metastasis and prognosis of esophageal squamous carcinoma. |
