2005-2007年我院抗组胺药应用分析

目的：研究我院抗组胺药的应用状况和发展趋势，并进行临床利用评价，为临床合理、有效、经济地选用药物提供科学依据。方法：采用金额排序和用药频度分析法对我院2005～2007年抗组胺药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果：2005～2007年第一代和第二代抗组胺药用药金额呈逐年上升趋势，而第一代抗组胺药用频度（DDDs）却逐年下降，第二代抗组胺药用药频度却稳步上升。结论：安全、有效、价廉且与其它药物相互作用小的第二代抗组胺药将成为抗过敏治疗的主要药物。

Analysis of Antihistamines Used in Our Hospital from 2005 to 2007

Objective： To study our hospital antihistamines application conditions and trends, and clinical use of the evaluation for clinical reasonable, effective and economical way to provide a scientific basis for drug use. Methods： The amount of sequencing and analysis DDDs of our hospital from 2005 to 2007 the use of antihistamines for statistical analysis. Results： 2005~2007, the first-and second-generation antihistamines amount of drugs was rising trend year by year, and first-generation antihistamines DDDs （DDDs） has decreased year after year, with the second generation antihistamines Frequency of drugs has increased steadily. Conclusion： Safe, effective, cheap and small interactions with other drugs, the second generation of antihistamines will become the main anti-allergy drug treatment.
