1989和2002年定州市农村人群土源性线虫感染状况比较

目的了解定州市1989和2002年农村人群土源性线虫感染状况变化，为今后寄生虫病的防治提供科学依据。方法于1989和2002年2次按全国寄生虫调查方案对定州市4个村的人群进行土源性线虫感染状况调查。结果1989年发现土源性线虫有蛔虫、蛲虫、鞭虫、钩虫，感染率分别为33．53％、20．29％、0．18％、0．04％；2002年发现土源性线虫有蛔虫、蛲虫2种，感染率分别为1．09％和13．16％。在调查中未发现蛔虫中、重度感染者，感染率大幅度下降，差异有统计学意义（X^2=707．61，P〈0．01）。结论土源性线虫感染和感染度大幅度下降，但儿童蛲虫防治工作仍需加强。

Comparative Study on Infection Situation of Geohelminthes among rural residents in Dingzhou city in 1989 and 2002

Objective] To learn the the changes of infection Situation of geohelminthes among rural residents in Dingzhou city in 1989 and 2002, and provide a scientific basis for prevention of verminosis infection. Methods ] The investigation were carried out among the rural residents who were selected randomly from 4 villages in Dingzhou city in 1989 and 2002 according to the nation human parasite investigation program. Results] In 1989,4 species of geohelminthes were identified including Ascaris lumbricoides, Pinworm, Trichuris trichiura and Hookworm,the infection rate of those is 33.53%, 20.29%, 0.18% and 0.04% respectively. In 2002, only 2 species of geohelminthes were identified including Ascaris lumbricoides and Pinworm, the infection rate of those is 1.09% and 13.16% respectively. No moderate and severe infection was identified in the investigation, the infection rate in 2002 decreased greatly compared with which in 1989, that had statistically significant differences（X^2 = 707.61 ）. Conclusion] The infection rate and EPG of geohelminthes decreases greatly, but prevention and control work of Pinworm in children should be strengthened in future.
