摘    要:目的 比较三维伪连续动脉自旋标记灌注成像(3D-pCASL)与氟代脱氧葡萄糖及蛋氨酸正电子发射计算机断层显像(PET/CT)在脑部病变诊断中的一致性。方法 对7例脑部病变患者进行3D-pCASL成像及PET/CT显像,视觉评定两者的一致性。结果 4例肿瘤性病变3D-pCASL均为高灌注,PET/CT均为高代谢。1例炎性脱髓鞘病变和1例代谢性脑白质病变3D-pCASL为高灌注,1例感染性病变3D-pCASL为低灌注,此3例非肿瘤性病变PET/CT均为高代谢。结论 3D-pCASL可以无创性活体评估脑部病变的灌注状态,与PET/CT具有较好诊断一致性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic agreement of 3D pseudo-continuous arterial spin labeling (3D-pCASL) and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose and 11C-Methionine positron emission tomography-computed tomography(PET/CT) for brain disorders. Method 3D-pCASL and PET/CT were performed on 7 patients with different brain disorders,and the diagnostic agreement was assessed by visual observation. Results Four tumor lesions presented hyperperfusion on 3D-pCASL,and hypermetabolism on PET/CT. One demyelinated lesion and one metabolic lesion showed hyperperfusion on 3D-pCASL,and one infected lesion showed hypoperfusion on 3D-pCASL;all these three lesions showed hypermetabolism on PET/CT. Conclusion 3D-pCASL can non-invasively evaluate the perfusion state of the brain disorder in vivo and have a good dignostic consistency with PET/CT.
