| 摘 要： | 正1病例资料1.1病例1患者女性,62岁,因"活动后胸闷2个月"就诊于复旦大学附属中山医院,诊断为劳力性心绞痛,于2020年4月26日在行冠状动脉造影术,发现左主干狭窄99%、右冠状动脉中段狭窄80%,余血管未见狭窄病变,行左主干介入治疗,术后患者症状缓解。于2020年6月26日再次行冠状动脉造影术,拟行右冠状动脉介入治疗。
