医务人员穿脱防护用品技能培训调查分析

目的 通过调查新型冠状病毒疫情下医务人员穿脱防护用品技能培训掌握的实际情况，了解分析其职业防护的薄弱环节，针对性解决问题，从而降低院内感染的发生。方法 按照制定《医务人员穿脱防护用品标准流程》，对医务人员进行规范化培训，并对培训后的医务人员进行现场实际操作考核，记录分析其错误环节并针对性强化培训。结果 考核错误最高环节为脱防护服时交叉污染，其次为手卫生，经针对性强化培训后，考核错误率明显下降。 结论 虽然经过严格的培训，医务人员在穿脱防护用品的防护流程上仍存在薄弱环节，需加强培训，以降低新型冠状病毒院内感染的发生风险。

Investigation and analysis on the skill training of medical staff in wearing and taking off protective equipment

Objective Through investigation and analysis of the skill that the medical staff using protective equipment under the new coronavirus situation to understand the weaknesses of their occupational protection and to reduce the occurrence of virus infection. Methods Medical personnel was trained in a standardized way and their skill was evaluated. Their mistakes were recorded and analyzed, and the training process with mistakes was strengthened. Results The most serious problem was contamination when taking off protective clothing, followed by hand hygiene. After intensive training, the number of the mistake was decreased obviously. Conclusion Although strict training has been carried out, there were still weak points in the process of wearing and taking off protective equipment, so more training is needed to reduce the risk of new coronavirus infection in the hospital.
