摘    要:夹层动脉瘤是一种凶险性疾病,其瘤体突发性破裂致死率极高。早期更多的研究源自于对其组织学病变的探讨。随着对夹层动脉瘤了解的深入,人们发现病变组织的管壁和周围血流具有其特殊的力学特性,由此构成的力学环境对夹层动脉瘤的发生、发展有着极其重要的影响。并由此可以预测随着三维成像、数字建模以及相关力学分析技术的发展,采用动脉瘤力学行为分析将会对个体动脉瘤破裂的预测和治疗手段的策划起到非常重要的作用。

Abstract:Dissecting aneurysm is a kind of dangerous diseases. Dissecting aneurysm rupture conduces died probably. Early studies mostly focused on the pathological change of texture. Further researches found the mechanics characteristics of vessel wall and the blood flow status around aneurysm behavior differently from other places. And the deformation and rupture of aneurysm were influenced strongly by the mechanical environment around. It was also indicated that the mechanical analysis to the dissecting aneurysm would be a powerful procedure in assessing its risk of a particular aneurysm rupture and optimizating the treatment way clinically, going with the development of three diamensional imaging technology, digital modeling means, and the analysis tools on aneurysm behaviors .
