丙型肝炎病毒F蛋白结合蛋白1基因的克隆化与序列分析

摘    要:目的 对命名为F蛋白结合蛋白1(FBP1)的未知基因,克隆其全长基因并进行生物信息学分析.方法 应用酵母双杂交技术得到FBP1,应用分子生物学技术克隆FBP1的基因编码序列.结果 经酶切和测序鉴定,结果完全正确,成功克隆了FBP1的基因编码序.结论 FBP1通过与F蛋白结合,在病毒蛋白与宿主细胞蛋白相互作用过程中发挥重要作用.

Abstract:Objective To clone and bioinformatically analyze the full-length sequence of F protein binding protein 1 (FBP1). Methods Yeast two-hybrid system was employed to obtain an unknown gene and named it as FBP1.The coding sequence of FBP1 was cloned using molecular biological techniques. Results The coding sequence of FBP1 was cloned successfully. Conclusion FBP1, a cellular protein binding to F protein of HCV, plays an important role in the interaction of virus protein and host cell protein.
