| 摘 要： | 牙周炎和骨质疏松症是影响中老年人健康的两大疾病，一些学者提出牙周炎可能与骨质疏松症有关。为了探讨两者的关系，作者选择了重度慢性牙周炎２１例，快速进展型牙周炎１１例，牙周组织正常者１４例，利用双能Ｘ线骨密度仪测量腰椎和牙槽骨骨密度。结果表明：两型牙周炎组的牙槽骨骨密度明显低于正常对照组，而腰椎骨密度与正常对照组无明显差别，两型牙周炎之间的牙槽骨和腰椎骨密度也无明显差别。表明牙槽骨骨密度与全身骨密度无明显相关关系，骨质疏松症在牙周炎的发生上不起主要作用。

| Abstract: | Periodontitisandosteoporosisareworld-widediseases.Ithasbeensuggestedthatpe-riodontitisandosteoporosismightberelated.Inordertoevaluatethispossiblerelationship,thebonemineraldensity(BMD)ofthelumbarvertebraeandalveolarbonein21patientswithseverechronicperiodontitis(CP),11patientswithrapidlyprogressiveperiodontitis(RPP),and14normalpersonswasmeasuredbydualphotonabsorptiometry.Theresultsshow:ThealveolarBMDofperiodontitispatientsissignificantlylowerthannormalpersons.ThelumbarvertebraeBMDhasnotsignificantlydiferentbetweenperiodontitispatientsandnormalpersons.ThelumbarvertebraeBMDandalveolarBMDhavenotsignificantlydiferentbetweenCPandRPP.WethereforesuggestthatthealveolarBMDandlumbarvertebraeBMDhavenotrelationship,theosteoporosisisnotanimportantfactorinthepathogenesisofperiodontitis. |
