十二指肠损伤诊治体会

目的 提高对十二指肠损伤诊治水平，减少漏诊，降低病死率。方法 总结分析十二指肠损伤23例的临床资料。结果 所有病例均行手术治疗，18例痊愈，5例死亡，病死率21．7％；23例中17延误诊断或漏诊。结论 对有严重上腹部外伤史者，应高度警惕十二指肠损伤，早期诊断、合理处理、防止漏诊才能降低病死率。

Experience in diagnosis and treatment of duodenal injury

Objective:To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of duodenal injury,to decrease mmistaken diagnosis and reduce the mortality rate.Methods:Since 1989 to 2004,23 cases with duodenal injuries were analysed restrospectiveiy.Results:18 cases were healed,5 cases died(21.7%), 6 cases of 23duodenal trauma patients was diangnosed accurately.Conclusion:These measures include keeping duodenanl injuies in mind when upper abdomen trauma occur and early diagnosisand reasonble managemenet,and prevention of mistaken diagosis are important to reduce mortality.
