益阴通络饮联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究

目的：观察益阴通络饮联合缬沙坦治疗早期糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床疗效。方法：将80例早期DN患者随机均分为对照组与治疗组各40例,两组均给予常规口服降糖或胰岛素治疗,对照组给予缬沙坦片80 mg·d-1,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予益阴通络饮治疗,两组均连续治疗8周为1个疗程。结果：对照组有效率为72.5%,治疗组有效率为90.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后尿清蛋白排泄率（UAER）、24 h尿蛋白及β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）水平均较对照组改善明显（P〈0.05）。结论：益阴通络饮治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著。

The Clinical Research in Treating Early of Yi Yin Tong Luo Drink Diabetic Renal Disease

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Yi Yin Tong I,uo Drink accompanied by valsartan in teating early diabetic renal disease. Methods：80 cases of patients with earn DN were randnndy divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were given oral medicine or injection of insulin to reduce blood sugar; The patients in the control group were given valsartan tablets 80 mg· d-1 , while the ones in the treatment group were given Yi Yin Tong Luo Drink on the basic treatment of the control group. The two groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks as a course, Results：The total effective rate of the eontrnl group was 72.5% , while that of the treatment group was 90.0%. ,and the diifferenee between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Alter the treatment, levels of UAER,24 h ruinous protein andS2 - MG imprved more clearly than thnse of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Yi Yin Tong Lao Drink has good curative effect in treating early DN.
