摘    要:<正> 作者曾先后用Marchi方法和HRP方法对家兔正中神经干内有髓纤维和躯体传入传出纤维来源的节段分布作过研究。HRP法的研究结果显示该神经组成纤维来源的节段分布范围较作者和其他作者用Marchi方法所得该神经组成纤维来源的节段分布范围广,说明用不同方法研究的结果可能不完全相同。推测用不同方法对同一神经进行研究,可能有助于得出更全面的结


THE SEGMENTAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE ORIGIN OF THE SOMATIC AFFERENT AND EFFERENT FIBERS IN THE RADIAL NERVE OF RABBIT
Abstract:Five adult rabbits were used in this study. After 0.3 mg HRP(Sigma Ⅵ) had been smeared directly on the cut ends of the left radial nerves of the animals, the different number of the labeled cells appeared segmentally in the lateral region of the ipsilateral ventral gray horn of the 5~8th cervical and 1st thoracic segments of spinal cord and the ipsilateral 6~8th cervical and 1st thoracic spinal ganglia of all these five animals. In one animal, however, the labeled cells were found also in the ipsilateral 5th spinal ganglia. The conclusion suggests that the segmental distribution of the origin of the somatic afferent and efferent fibers in the radial nerve of the five rabbits is C_8,C_7,T_1,C_6, and C_5 in order of the number from many to few of the labeled cells in those segments.
