| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血管内超声（IVUS）在冠心病介入诊疗应用中的临床价值。方法：36例确诊为冠心病的病人,其中男性28例,女性8例,采用先冠脉造影（CAG）然后行IVUS检查,PCI术后再次行IVUS,比较两者及PCI前后IVUS结果的差异。结果：与IVUS相比较,CAG不能很好判断临界病变、软斑块及纤维斑块,但在钙化斑块、自发性夹层及血栓方面有较高特异性;IVUS可及时发现PCI术后支架贴壁不良及支架膨胀不全等。结论：IVUS可精确判断CAG难以发现的冠脉病变并可指导PCI治疗,应予推广。
