| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨灵芝多糖锗对实验动物体液免疫和细胞免疫的影响，方法：采用小鼠溶血素形成和溶血空斑形成测定法，检验对体液免疫的影响，利用conA,LPS诱导脾细胞培养MTT比色分析法，检验对细胞免疫的影响，结果：灵芝多糖锗对小鼠溶血素形成和溶血空斑形成有显的升高，作用，对ConA,LPS诱导体外小鼠T，B淋巴细胞增殖有明显的兴奋作用。结论：灵芝多糖锗有明显的体液免疫和细胞免疫增强作用。

| Abstract: | ve To study the influence of Saccharum Germanium of Glossy Ganoderma on the hody liquid and cell immunity of experimented animals. Methods Determination method was abopted to make mice' s hemolysin and hemolysis aero - macule fonned in order to test the influence on the body liquid immunity, Chro-mometry was used to have ConA, LPS induce spleen cells calture, in order to test the influence on cell immunity. Results Saccharum germanium of glossy ganoderma had effects on the increase of mices hemolysin and hemolysis aero- macule formation, and has stimulating effects on mices T.B lymphocytes multiplication induced by ConA, LPS. Conclusion Saccharum germanium of glossy ganoderma has remarkable effects on reinforcement of the body liquid and cell immunity. |
