等离子低温射频治疗咽淋巴内环组织增生31例

摘    要:目的探讨咽淋巴内环组织增生的治疗方法.方法对鼻咽淋巴组织增生12例、舌根部淋巴组织增生16例及腭扁桃体增生3例进行等离子低温射频治疗.结果术后31例临床症状全部消失,局部淋巴组织均明显缩小.结论等离子低温射频治疗术对鼻咽、舌根部淋巴组织增生及扁桃体增生具有可靠疗效.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of radiofrequency ablationtherapy(RFAT) on hypertrophy of lymphatic tissues in Waldeyer's ring. Methods This groupof patients included 12 cases with hypertrophy of nasopharyngeal lymphatic tissue, 16 cases withlymphatic tissue hypertrophy in the base of tongue and 3 cases with tonsillar hypertrophy. Theywere all treated by RFAT. Results All the symptoms were disappeared and the local lymphatictissues became significantly atrophied following the treatment hy RFAT among all the cases.Conclusion RFAT is effective with certainty for the treatment of lymphatic tissue hypertrophyin the nasopharynx, tongue base and tonsils.
