| 摘 要： | 目的 评价高危患者行穿透性联合环状角膜缘角膜移植术的远期效果。方法 18例高危患者行穿透性联合环状角膜缘角膜移植术，术后随访10－31月，平均19.56月。观察术后视力变化及术后不同阶段的排斥反应发生率。结果 术后视力有不同程度的提高，排斥例数术后3月内3例（16.67%)，术后6月4例（22.22%)，术后12月6例（33.33%)，术后31月8例（44.44%)。结论 对部分高危患者进行穿透角膜移植联合环状角膜缘移植可降低术后排斥率，获得稳定的眼表面。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the long term effect of the penetrating keratoplasty combined with ring shaped limbal transplantation (PKPLT) on high risk patients.Methods Eighteen hihg risk eyes(18 patients) were evaluated by vision,rejection and total rejection rate after PKPLT.The mean following up was 19.56 months(10 to 31 months).Results The post operative visual acuity was improved in different level.The number of rejection 3,6,12 and 31 months postoperativily was 3 (16.67%) ,4(5.56%),6(22.22%) and 8(44.44%) respectively.Conclusions PKPLT is an efective surgery in reducing graft rejection as well as obtaining a stable ocular surface in high risk patients. |
