| 摘 要： | 目的:研究肿瘤特异性抗原GAGE基因mRNA在BEL-7404肝癌细胞株中的表达情况,评价其作为分子肿瘤标记以及肿瘤免疫治疗特异性靶位的可能性。方法:运用RT-PCR技术检测国内建株的肝癌细胞株BEL-7404中GAGE基因mRNA的表达,并与正常肝组织比较。结果:肝癌细胞株BEL-7404中GAGE基因呈阳性表达,正常肝组织中GAGE基因表达阴性。结论:GAGE基因可作为肝癌诊断的分子标记,并具有作为肝癌免疫治疗特异性靶位的潜在价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the mRNA expression of cancer antigen GAGE gene in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) cell line.Methods: With Reverse Transcripase Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR),BEL-7404 HCC cell line was tested and was compared with normal liver tissue.Results: GAGE gene mRNA was expressed in BEL-7404 cell line but negative expression in normal liver tissue.Conclusion: The tumor antigen of GAGE can be used as molecular markers for early diagnosis and possible targets for immunotherapy of human HCC. |
