| 摘 要： | 目的：对腰椎间盘突出症合并椎体后缘骨块形成机制进行探讨，方法：对273例腰椎间盘突出症合并椎体后缘骨块病例进行螺旋CT横断面，冠状面和矢状面成像研究。结果：椎体后骨块可分为：腰椎间盘突出钙化7例，后纵韧带骨化4例，许莫氏结节后壁破裂后移10例，椎体后缘骨赘5例，椎体后缘骨突骨折1例。结论：椎间盘突出合并椎体后骨块的影像表现不一，发生机理不同，成因有突出椎间盘钙化，后给韧带骨化，许莫氏结节后壁破裂后移，椎体后缘骨赘形成及骨突骨折。

| Abstract: | lo study the mechanism and classitication ot bone pieces at the postenor edge of lumbar vertebrae in cases with lumbar disc herniation. Methods The spiral CT multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) was applied in 27 cases, the axial, coronal and sagital imagings of which were analysed. Results 27 cases were divided into five groups: 1) Calcification of protruded disc, 7 cases; 2) Ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament, 4 cases; 3) Burst of Schmols node, lOcases; 4) Osteophyte, 5 cases; 5) Posterior lumbar apophyseal fracture, 1 case. Conclusion The mechanism and manifastation of the bone pieces are different in cases. |
