| 摘 要： | 用针刺加灸治疗腰椎骨质增生症，取得较好疗效。本组80例患者中，均经X钱正、例位片示有不同程度骨质增生，并排除其它疾病。病程1个月至30年不等。治疗取腰椎夹脊穴，棘突压癌明显者为主要选穴部位，下肢疼痛者加环跳、委中。艾箱：用普通木板制作，长30cm，宽15cm，高15cm，下不封底，中间以铁纱网隔阻，上面加木盖。具体操作：穴位常规消毒后，用28号毫针刺入选好的穴位，行针至得气，留针。将艾段（约5cm长）点燃3根，放至艾箱内的纱网面上，将文籍放置以针刺部位为中心的腰部，上方加盖，患者感觉太热时，可将艾箱盖虚掩，至艾条燃尽…
