| 摘 要： | 从管理的五要素分析了目前临床护理科研管理的组织结构、科研人才的培养和使用、科研激励机制的建立、基金的来源、信息资源的利用等方面存在的缺陷,提出相应的对策,以使各级护理管理者认识存在的问题,重视和支持护理科研工作,进一步提高我国护理科研质量,促进护理学科的发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the five management elements, the article analyzed the management defects in organizational structure of current clinical nursing research management, the cultivation and utilization of nursing researchers, the establishment of inspiring system, the source of research funds and the utilization of information. Countermeasures against these defects were proposed in order to make the managers to realize the existing problems and attach importance to and support nursing research, improving the quality of nursing research and prompt the development of nursing specialty in China. |
