护理人员对传统工作日制满意度的调查分析

护理工作日制直接关系到护理人员和病人的切身利益,对护理人员和病人均会产生重大的影响,应引起广大护理管理者的高度重视.长期以来,我国一直沿用传统的护理工作日制.在深化改革的今天,人们的思想觉悟和生活水准,医院的环境、服务条件均发生了翻天覆地的变化,旧的护理工作日制已经越来越不能满足病人和护理人员的需要.笔者对599名临床护理人员进行了满意度调查,现报告如下.

Investigation on pathogenic bacteria of community acquired pneumonia patients and analysis on its drug resistance

Through analyzing the pathogenic bacteria of 128 strains from community acquired pneumonia patients and their drug resistance, it found out the maior pathogenic bacteria of community acquired pneumonia cases were pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus aureus, klebsiella pneumoniae, acinetobacter and escherichia coli in turn. The drug resistance ratio of gram - negative rods to the third generation of cephalosporin was elevated. It pointed out that one should strengthen the culture pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity monitoring so as to guide antibiotics application scientifically in clinic.
