| 摘 要： | 目的 临床观察角巩膜破裂伤合并牵引性视网膜脱离的二期玻璃体手术（玻切）治疗效果。方法 对1996年至2000年收治的14例患者（14眼）作回顾性研究。结果 出院时视网膜解剖学复位11例，失效3例。视力增进11例，不变3例。结论 二期玻切是治疗角巩膜破裂伤合并牵引性视网膜脱离的有效方法。手术失败的首要原因是视盘周围增生膜广泛瘢痕化。
