| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To investigate the nursing cooperation of endoscopic ultrasound-guided needle-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (EUS-nCLE) in pancreatic masses. METHODS: A total of 87 patients diagnosed with pancreatic masses underwent EUS-nCLE procedures in Huashan hospital from October 2016 to June 2017. A retrospective analysis of the clinical data was made in this study. RESULTS: All of 87 patients were successfully underwent EUS-nCLE procedures. 2 cases of bleeding in puncture sites were cured by endoscopy; 9 patients appeared abdominal discomfort, nausea and vomiting; 4 patients occurred elevated serum amylase with mild upper abdominal pain. SUMMARY: Precise nursing cooperation has great significance in successful operation and reducing the incidence of complications. |
