| 摘 要： | 皮肤扩张术的应用因易造成皮瓣坏死而受到限制。为此,作者利用血压计自制囊内压监测器及缓冲装置。当皮瓣过度扩张时进行返流缓冲处理,囊内压随之下降,自动调节至最佳扩张状态,为预防皮瓣坏死,有效修补缺损面积起到积极作用。本院监测14例,还提示不同时期囊内注水压不同。

| Abstract: | The usage of tissue expansion has been limited at home and abroad so far because of its being liable to cause flap necrosis.For this reason,author made an intraluminal pressure monitor and a buffer device with blood pressure gauge.When flaps were over expanded the intraluminal pressure was reduced as the retro flow buffering was enaged in and the tissue expander was regulated automatically to the best expandingstate. We have monitored 14 patients.Author considers that the intraluminal pressure monitor and over pressure buffer device can cause positive effect on preventing the necrosis of the flaps. |
