血管内皮生长因子C和survivin表达与贲门癌进展及预后的关系

目的评估血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)、生成素(survivin)与贲门癌临床病理指标及预后的关系。方法用免疫组织化学法检测64例贲门癌VEGF-C和survivin表达情况,分析上述指标与临床病理指标和预后的关系。结果本组贲门癌VEGF-C阳必表达为60.9%(39/64),survivin阳必表达为54.7%(35/64).VEGF-C表达与肿瘤分化程度(P=0.003)、淋巴结转移(P=0.002)和T分期(P=0.001)相关。survivin表达与肿瘤分化程度(P=0.0022)、淋巴结转移(P=0.001)和T分期(P=0.001)相关。VEGF-C表达阳性组survivin表达高于VEGF-C表达阴性组,VEGF-C与sur-vivin呈正相关性(P=0.00305)。VEGF-C阳性组患者生存率明显低于阴性组(P=0.0225),survivin阳性组患者生存率明显低于阴性组(P=0.0036)。结论 VECF-C和survivin对于判断贲门癌侵袭性和预后有重要参考价值。均可以作为贲门癌预后的独立指标。

Relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor-C and survivin with cardia cancer

Objective To study the correlation of vascular endothelial growth factor-C（VEGF-C）expression and survivin with clinicopathological features and prognosis in cardia cancer.Methods The expression of VEGF-C and survivin was detected by immnohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies against VEGF-C and survivin in 64 cases with primary cardia cancer.Results VEGF-C positive rate was 60.9%（39/64）,VEGF-C expression was associated with tumor differentiation（P=0.003）,lymph node metastasis（P=0.002）T stage（P=0.001）.The mean LMVD was 10.14±4.19,and the same to survivin..The expression of survivin in VEGF-C（＋） group was higher than in VEGF-C（-） group,and there was statistically significance between the two groups（P=0.003 05）.The survival rate of the patients with positive VEGF-C was lower than that with negative VEGF-C（P=0.022 5） The median survival time of the patients with survivin（＋） group was shorter that with survivin（-）（P=0.003 6）.Conclusion VEGF-C and survivin appear to be new prognostic factors for cardia cancer.Furthermore,and they both may be a new independent prognostic factor.
